Great Lakes Flocking has two modern facilities with high-speed printing presses and the latest high-tech flocking equipment. We use an electrostatic process to orient the fibers to achieve the maximum feel and appearance. In addition to the automatic equipment we have several semi-automatic presses for lower volume jobs. We also have a prototype operation that allows us to create a sample of one, if necessary. So, you can see that there is no job too big or too small for us to handle. Our other complimentary capabilities include die cutting, collating and shrink-wrapping.

 

The facilities and equipment are only part of the story. In order to put the whole package together you also need to have people that make it work. We have that.
